Wanting to deliver First Aid & CPR to Adults?
A Binnacle-qualified teacher must only deliver the nationally recognised First Aid & CPR course to adults (e.g. teachers and other staff) via a separate Independent Contractor Third Party Agreement.
The Deliverer must be a current First Aid Program Deliverer with Binnacle Training. Therefore must hold:
- A current Provide First Aid Certificate (within 3 years) and CPR Certificate (within 12 months)
- A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
As well as their own ABN and the following insurances:
- Public Liability (level of cover = $10 million) Professional Indemnity (level of cover = $1 million)
- At each course completion Binnacle will invoice the deliverer directly.
Staff First Aid/CPR
Knowledge component may be completed (digitally) self-paced. Practicals may be completed in a 3 hour (First Aid inc CPR) and 1-2 hour (CPR) timeslot (apx) in groups of up to 6.
First Aid (inc CPR): $55 per person
CPR Refresher: $40 per person
